By using Votemamu, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

User commitments

• Provide accurate information when creating an account, voting, or ordering.
• Use Votemamu only for lawful purposes and respect other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass poll integrity checks (e.g., duplicate votes, automation).
• Do not upload abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not misuse AI outputs or present them as official election results.

Polls and participation

We may require phone/WhatsApp verification to keep polls fair. Attempts to manipulate poll outcomes may lead to removal of votes, account restriction, or reporting to relevant authorities for abuse.

Marketplace

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery details and pay applicable charges. Third-party payment providers handle payments; Votemamu does not store card numbers. Orders may be canceled or refunded per availability, fraud checks, or legal requirements.

Content and IP

• You retain rights to your original content but grant Votemamu a license to host, display, and adapt it to operate the service.
• You must have rights to any media you upload (e.g., for photocard or generator tools).
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

AI and automated outputs

AI responses are generated from your prompts and available data; they may be incomplete or incorrect. Treat AI outputs as informational, not authoritative guidance or official election data.

Disclaimers

• Information and AI outputs may contain errors; verify before relying on them for critical decisions.
• Polls are for engagement/insight and are not official election results.
• Marketplace availability, pricing, and delivery estimates may change without notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, fraud, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time; request data deletion if needed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
