How to remove your data from Votemamu.
How to request deletion
Send a request
Email support@votemamu.com with subject: Data Deletion Request. Include your account email/phone and the data you want removed (account, poll votes, photocard assets, marketplace records).
Verify ownership
We may ask you to confirm ownership (e.g., reply from the registered email or confirm the WhatsApp number used for polls).
Processing
We target completion within 7 business days. Some records (fraud prevention, accounting, legal) may be retained as permitted by law.
If you contact us via another channel (e.g., in-app support), we will route it to the same process.
What we can delete
- Account profile and login identifiers we control.
- Poll participation history linked to your WhatsApp/phone, where removal will not break integrity audits.
- Photocard/generator uploads stored by Votemamu.
- Marketplace order data that is not required for tax, accounting, chargeback, or fraud obligations.
What may remain
- Minimal records needed to comply with law, prevent fraud/abuse, or resolve disputes.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identify you.
We minimize retention and keep only what is necessary for compliance and platform integrity.
